ATA’s discounted room rate is available Sunday, Sept 7 to Tuesday, Sept 16, 2025, if you want to extend your stay in Scottsdale and enjoy all the hotel has to offer!

We ask that all attendees use ATA’s official housing website link above to book housing for the meeting. ATA does not authorize or endorse external housing services or independent brokers. The Westin will not call you or email you to solicit or make your hotel reservation. Such calls are not authorized or initiated by the ATA or Westin. Neither the ATA nor Westin can assist you with reservations problems if you book through another agency.

Westin Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 7 day cancellation period, a one-night room and tax cancellation charge will be charged to the card used to reserve. If applicable, canceling your hotel reservation does not cancel your meeting registration and vice versa.

Beware of Fraud
Please disregard any solicitation calls, emails, faxes, mailings or other correspondence from any housing bureau or vendor promoting reservation assistance for the ATA meeting room block because they are fraudulent. ATA does not support these services and assumes no liability or responsibility for the actions of such vendors.

Visas & Passports

Every person entering the United States should be in possession of a valid passport and/or identification card and may need a visa. The type of visa depends on the purpose of your visit.

Letters of invitation to assist with visa applications will be provided to registered attendees only.  When you register, please indicate that you will need a letter of invitation.

Phoenix Airport

The Westin Kierland is located 19 miles (25 minutes) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The hotel does not offer airport shuttle service.

Weather

In Scottsdale, the average temperature in September is around 100˚ F (38˚ C) during the day, while the average low in the evenings is about 68˚ F (20˚ C). Scottsdale is not humid with an average amount of 29% (relative humidity). Pack accordingly but keep in mind a light jacket/sweater is needed indoors as hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly due to the air conditioning.
