Description
The 80th Annual Meeting of the ATA in Palm Beach will hold the 3rd Annual Basic Fellows’ Track program, a parallel and integrated basic program designed for basic post-doctoral fellows that will provide lectures and skill enhancement opportunities. In addition to participating in the regular meeting program, the fellows will attend special presentations by ATA meeting faculty focusing on basic science, grantsmanship and career development.
Objective
To encourage young investigators to submit abstracts for and participate in the 80th Annual Meeting of the American Thyroid Association (ATA).
Benefits
The ATA has limited funds to partially support travel to the meeting and discounted accommodation rates for young investigators (at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach) who are the lead authors of regular abstract submissions. The ATA will offer discounted hotel rooms at The Breakers Hotel for the track fellows and discounted registration of $100 for the ATA Annual Meeting.
